The "Mom" Project was a major part of the visual package for the Seymour High School Indoor Drumline's 2018 show entitled "The Interview".  This show focused around the idea of interviewing for the "world's toughest job" or as they called it, "director of operations".  During the course of the show, the narrator acts as the interviewer and portrays this position as having excruciating demands with a 168 hours per week work schedule.  He mentions however that the connections that will be made with the "associate" will be the most fulfilling relationships that you can find on-the-job.  Finally, the interviewer mentions that the Director of Operations has no salary, they do all this work for free.
